Customer complaints are part of any business, but without customers where would be?  We don't look at complaints as as customer problems - we view them as opportunities to improve the janitorial services we offer our customers.  It is important to listen to our customers because they are the barometer of the level of service that we strive to provide.  We also work to improve all of our business relationships and understanding our customers needs are the best way to improve these alliances.

Who knew such a simple task could cause a problem of be overlooked by a janitorial company.  The best way to address this problem with your janitorial company is to make sure your cleaning schedule fits the needs of your business.  As your business grows - so does your waste or recycling needs.  If you are finding waste baskets overflowing on an ongoing basis you may need to reevaluate your cleaning schedule or amend your needs with your janitorial company.  This is an easy problem to solve and keep your employees and coworkers happy.

Spider webs and Dust Bunnies

Spider webs and dust bunnies are often overlooked because of where they are located.  In most cases spiderwebs are hidden in corners or window sills.  Spiders are not particular on where they go to work and can quickly create an eyesore in your business.  A simple way to insure this is not a problem in your business ask your janitorial service company to wipe down the window sills each week as they clean your business.

Moved Objects

We all get adjusted to our work space and try to place all of over working materials in an easy to access area.  Janitorial companies are there to clean - not move.  With that being said, sometimes to properly clean a work space moving a stapler of a keyboard is required.  If you have employees that often complain about moved items on their desk the best solution for this is to ask them to clean their desk at the end of the business day or instruct your janitorial company not to adjust any items in a work space.
